Le 24\u00a0septembre\u00a02020<\/strong> \u2013 Les gouvernements f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, provinciaux et territoriaux (\u00ab\u00a0les Parties\u00a0\u00bb) prennent acte de l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur, dans l\u2019Accord de libre-\u00e9change canadien (ALEC), de r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques concernant le transport d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au Canada.<\/p>\n

Le 25\u00a0juin\u00a02020, Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador a transmis un avis \u00e9crit au Secr\u00e9tariat du commerce int\u00e9rieur requ\u00e9rant l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur des r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques sur le transport de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 qui figurent \u00e0 l\u2019annexe 309\u00a0: Fournisseurs de services de transport d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et commerce des services de transport d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Ces r\u00e8gles sont constitu\u00e9es d\u2019obligations exigeant la fourniture libre et non discriminatoire du service de transport d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et elles pr\u00e9voient l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends qui inclut des experts en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 au sein de tout groupe sp\u00e9cial. L\u2019annexe\u00a0309 est entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 23\u00a0septembre\u00a02020, soit 90 jours apr\u00e8s la notification \u00e9crite, comme sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans le texte.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e8gles ne s\u2019appliquent pas aux Territoires du Nord-Ouest, au Yukon ou au Nunavut pendant les deux ans suivant la date \u00e0 partir de laquelle le territoire dispose d\u2019une infrastructure physique raccord\u00e9e \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau de production-transport d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 situ\u00e9 en dehors de sa juridiction.<\/p>\n
