Les fonctionnaires ont ensuite r\u00e9dig\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me protocole de modification qui \u00e9num\u00e8re les modifications \u00e0 apporter \u00e0 l\u2019Accord. Ce protocole comprend \u00e9galement l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la note interpr\u00e9tative\u00a0n<sup>o<\/sup>1, qui a auparavant orient\u00e9 l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de l\u2019annexe\u00a0309 et du chapitre neuf, et quelques modifications mineures li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exception du Yukon en mati\u00e8re de march\u00e9s publics.<\/p>\n<p>Les 14\u00a0Parties de l\u2019ALEC ont ratifi\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me protocole de modification, donnant ainsi effet aux modifications.
