{"id":8940,"date":"2018-11-23T20:12:26","date_gmt":"2018-11-23T20:12:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cfta-old.myhello.site\/reunion-annuelle-du-comite-du-commerce-interieur-toutes-les-parties-continuent-de-travailler-en-etroite-collaboration\/"},"modified":"2018-11-24T20:27:26","modified_gmt":"2018-11-24T20:27:26","slug":"reunion-annuelle-du-comite-du-commerce-interieur-toutes-les-parties-continuent-de-travailler-en-etroite-collaboration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cfta-old.myhello.site\/fr\/reunion-annuelle-du-comite-du-commerce-interieur-toutes-les-parties-continuent-de-travailler-en-etroite-collaboration\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00c9UNION ANNUELLE DU COMIT\u00c9 DU COMMERCE INT\u00c9RIEUR \u2013 TOUTES LES PARTIES CONTINUENT DE TRAVAILLER EN \u00c9TROITE COLLABORATION"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Montr\u00e9al, Qu\u00e9bec &#8211; 23 novembre 2018 <\/strong>\u2013 Les ministres f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, provinciaux et territoriaux et les hauts fonctionnaires responsables du commerce int\u00e9rieur se sont r\u00e9unis aujourd&rsquo;hui, \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, pour la r\u00e9union annuelle du Comit\u00e9 du commerce int\u00e9rieur (CCI).<\/p>\n<p>Sous la pr\u00e9sidence de Pierre Fitzgibbon, ministre de l&rsquo;\u00c9conomie et de l&rsquo;Innovation du Qu\u00e9bec, cette r\u00e9union a servi de s\u00e9ance de travail au cours de laquelle les ministres ont examin\u00e9 attentivement les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent par les diff\u00e9rents groupes de travail et tables form\u00e9s en vertu de l&rsquo;Accord de libre-\u00e9change canadien (ALEC).<\/p>\n<p>Les ministres ont \u00e9galement fait le point sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des n\u00e9gociations en cours dans le cadre de l\u2019ALEC et ils ont fourni certaines directives \u00e0 leurs fonctionnaires afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les avanc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La question du commerce interprovincial doit \u00eatre discut\u00e9e lors de la r\u00e9union des premiers ministres pr\u00e9vue pour le 7 d\u00e9cembre 2018, \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Les faits en bref\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le Comit\u00e9 du commerce int\u00e9rieur (CCI) a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1995 en vertu de l\u2019Accord sur le commerce int\u00e9rieur puis reconduit en vertu de l\u2019Accord de libre-\u00e9change canadien (ALEC), lequel est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2017.<\/li>\n<li>Tous les gouvernements ont un statut \u00e9gal au sein du CCI et sa pr\u00e9sidence est assum\u00e9e sur une base annuelle, par rotation des Parties. Le Qu\u00e9bec pr\u00e9side le CCI pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours et la Nouvelle-\u00c9cosse prendra le relais en janvier 2019.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019ALEC est venu moderniser le cadre qui r\u00e9git le commerce interprovincial au Canada, notamment pour faire en sorte que les gouvernements soient au moins aussi ouverts \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des entreprises et investisseurs canadiens qu\u2019ils le sont \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des int\u00e9r\u00eats \u00e9trangers.<\/li>\n<li>Le commerce interprovincial est crucial \u00e0 la croissance des entreprises canadiennes. Pour les petites et moyennes entreprises en particulier, ce commerce agit souvent comme tremplin permettant de les propulser vers les march\u00e9s internationaux.<\/li>\n<li>Entre les ann\u00e9es\u00a02000 et 2017<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>, la valeur des exportations interprovinciales de biens et services au Canada est pass\u00e9e de 213,3\u00a0G$ \u00e0 406,4\u00a0G$, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une croissance annuelle moyenne de 3,9\u00a0%.\n<ul>\n<li>Durant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, les exportations canadiennes de produits et services sur les march\u00e9s internationaux ont connu une croissance annuelle moyenne de 1,8\u00a0%, passant de 487,7\u00a0G$ \u00e0 663,7\u00a0G$.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> Source des donn\u00e9es\u00a0: Statistique Canada, Comptes \u00e9conomiques provinciaux et territoriaux.
